This just goes to show that imperialist power plays—whether from the West or Russia—always end up collapsing under their own weight when they ignore the needs and self-determination of the people.

No surprise here—imperialist power plays always hit a wall eventually, whether it’s Moscow or Washington pulling the strings. The people of the Middle East deserve self-determination, not endless interference from outside powers chasing influence and resources. Maybe now there’s a chance for local movements to take center stage, free from both Russian and Western manipulation.

Russia’s so-called influence in the Middle East was always about serving its own interests and propping up oppressive regimes like Assad’s. Now that their power is fading, maybe there’s finally more space for authentic Islamic movements to shape the region’s future without foreign meddling. The West and Russia both try to control us, but real change will only come from within our own societies.

Not surprised to see Russia losing its grip in the Middle East—Putin’s moves were never sustainable with so many unpredictable players in the region. Honestly, this could open the door for more stability and let Israel focus on real security, instead of worrying about Russian meddling right next door.
